Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
As part of our commitment to your safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare items, facial treatment devices and wearable beauty accessories. Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us promptly for assistance.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product, following the return process, and place a new order for your desired item once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at carever.store.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the US may incur customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the destination country and product type. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable directly to the customs authority. The courier will contact you to collect any applicable fees.
Important Notes
If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your items. Returned goods must be in saleable condition, with original packaging and labels intact, to qualify for credit or replacement.
We will reimburse return postage costs up to $12 if deemed appropriate.
